Refund policy

If your item doesn’t fit or isn’t quite what you expected, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email canibekbircan@hotmail.com with your name and order number. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. After we receive and inspect your item, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days. Clearance, personalized, or hygiene-sensitive items may be final sale.
