Shipping policy

We currently ship exclusively within France. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then transferred to trusted carriers such as La Poste or Colissimo. Delivery generally takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. A tracking link will be emailed to you once your parcel begins its journey. Ensure your address details are correct; Clogex cannot refund or replace orders lost due to incorrect information.
